Common questions

How do I delete my account or my photos?+

You can delete individual photos, or your entire account and its data, from within the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent — see our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?+

Subscriptions are billed by Apple through the App Store. Manage or cancel anytime under your Apple ID → Subscriptions in your device settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

What are circles, and who can see what I post?+

Circles are private, invite-only groups. Photos and stats you post are visible only to the members of that circle — there’s no public feed. See the Privacy Policy for how sharing works.

Why does Zahava need my location?+

We use an approximate, locality-level location to fetch accurate local UV and weather data. We never collect or share your precise GPS position. You can control this in your device settings.
